The opening hours of the secretariat:
Mornings: Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Afternoons: Monday to Wednesday from 5 to 7 pm
Consultation in Ahaus:
Fridays from 9 to 11:30 a.m.
Further consultation and service appointments by arrangement.
During the summer break (July 20–September 1, 2026) the office will be open from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the following weeks:
- during the week of July 20 through July 24
- during the week of August 24 through August 28
The consultations in Ahaus will take place from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on the following dates:
- Monday, August 24, 2026
- Wednesday, August 26, 2026
Consultations for the international preparatory courses (“German courses”) will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
